Returns & Shipping
Item doesn’t fit? No worries at all! To start a return, please email me at shopedenrae@gmail.com
All returns must be scanned by the mail carrier within 14 days from delivery date. Returns will not be accepted without tags, damages, odor, or markings. The item also cannot be washed prior to return. Returns are given store credit only minus the initial shipping cost.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
Items marked Final Sale can not be returned. Jewelry, hats and sale items are considered final sale.
We currently just ship to the U.S. We hope to add international shipping soon! Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout for all orders.
All orders are processed within 3-4 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. After your package takes off with the mail carrier, it's out of our hands. Tracking details will be sent to the email linked to your order. If your order goes missing, we'll work with you to resolve the issue and provide store credit!
